Your information. Handled with care.
This notice explains the information collected through this website’s enquiry form and its intended use.
What the form collects
The form collects your name, business name, email address, phone number, approximate amount and age of the debt, Sydney suburb or postcode and an optional summary. It also records consent, a submission time and an enquiry reference.
Please do not include a debtor’s name, home address, bank details, identity documents, health information or other sensitive material. Supporting documents should be requested through an agreed channel after initial assessment.
Why the information is requested
Sceawian uses the details to assess and respond to your enquiry and maintain a record of it. Submission does not authorise collection activity, create a paid engagement or subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and delivery
Your enquiry is saved in private storage on the website’s Plesk hosting server and sent to Sceawian’s designated enquiry mailbox. The mailbox address is not published on this website. Authorised staff and service providers may access information where needed to operate the service and respond to you.
Hosting and email processing may involve overseas infrastructure. This notice does not claim Australia-only storage. The website includes no advertising trackers or marketing mailing list. Technical logs and temporary rate-limiting information may be processed to operate and secure the service.
Access, correction, deletion and concerns
Use the enquiry form, quote your reference and say whether you are requesting access, correction, deletion or a privacy review. We may need to verify that the information relates to you. Do not include sensitive documents in a follow-up form.
Retention
Records should be retained only while needed to respond, keep necessary business records or meet applicable obligations, and then deleted or de-identified. Retention is managed by Sceawian; an automated deletion schedule is not enabled.
